She has coordinated a number of humanitarian projects and trips with Ambassador Hugues Sanon to many countries such as Guatemala, Nicaragua and Dominican republic. Emmanuella Point Du Jour was among a big delegation to Canada to advocate for the four thousand Haitians refugees that flew to Canada to seek asylum. She also traveled to Mexico with a valuable delegation to give lectures and formation on human rights, Drug Free World and Psychiatric abuses.
Emmanuellla Point Du Jour has received several awards from the New York State Senate, The New York State Assembly and from Legislator Carrie Solages, Assemblywoman Michealle Solages, Senator Kevin Parker, Senator Todd Kaminsky, Drug Free World and many other organizations in New York and in Canada.
She recently received an honorary Doctorate degree in humanities from Midwest university.
As a philantopist and Miss Together for Haiti, she has visited many shelters in the New York areas to feed the hungers and assist the homeless and giving gifts and toys to poor children. She’s also, host festival to poor kids in Haiti and distribute thousands of toys to them.
